PROOFS - Profitable Opportunities for Food Security project is implemented by international consortium partners ICCO Cooperation, BoP Innovation Center and iDE, in close cooperation with local partners. We are looking for a short-term consultant (individuals/ team), who must have innovative mentality and experience in developing Social Marketing materials with a nutrition content (like picture and product base behavior change flipchart, striker, trilogy poster, etc). This toolkit will be used by community nutrition workers/ sales agents (NSA) for nutritious and hygiene product selling and nutrition behavior change of the targeted households members, specially adolescent girls, pregnant women, under 24 months children. The PROOFS project will provide existing available nutrition and WASH related training materials for innovating and developing the nutrition toolkits. 

Position: Consultant for Nutrition Toolkit Development

Role and Responsibilities:

• Innovate and branding the nutrition toolkit to increase the nutritious product selling and nutrition behavior change. Deliverables will be a complete set of materials that trigger behavior change and can be used by the NSAs to promote their products and increase awareness of nutrition.
• Design the picture base nutrition toolkit so that NSA can use the toolkits during door-to-door visit for changing the nutritional behavior of the targeted households’ member.
• Closely work with PROOFS nutrition team and printing vendors to finalize the materials and print out the final products.

Job Nature:

• Contractual and it is expected that assignment will be accomplished by 2nd week of December, 2014.

Requirements:

• Experience in nutrition and WASH related training materials development,
• Experience in BCC related material development,
• Marketing experience to brand the toolkit,
• Skills to design the materials into materials that trigger behavior change. Preferably also drawing skills,
• Fluent in Bangla writing and preference will be given to who have good communication skills in English.
