Job Description / Responsibility

• Team Building and removing obstacles for growth
• Making Monthly visiting plan for all team members and implements it effectively by regular follow-up and discussions with team members 
• Sales analysis: Value wise and Product Wise
• Planning for growth of coming year
• Building & maintaining relationship with doctors and healthcare professionals
• Ensuring cash and availability of products as per sale and targets
• Keep in regular contact with team members and maintain healthy communication & relationship 
• Organizing scientific seminars for doctors and healthcare professionals 
• Completing monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target 
• Market review of new and existing products and services 
• Keeping up to date about company products & services
• Monitoring activities, products and services of competitors 

Job Nature
Full-time

Educational Requirements

• Masters in any discipline with science background,
• B.Pharm  /M.Pharm / MSc in Chemistry/Biochemistry is preferred,

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 10-12 years experience in a reputed pharmaceutical company
