Job Title: Assistant Director/ General Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Government and Non-government tender sales.
  • Monthly roaster duty for PML/HMBL/MML
  • Assist to reporting for all Tender Sales.
  • Everyday online tender checkup.
  • Sales forecasting.
  • Monthly booking/product ordering meeting.
  • Meet team member’s clients when joint effort is required to mature sales.

Sales Responsibilities:

  • New sales call and follow-up sales.
  • Business Negotiation.
  • Demonstration of Vehicles.
  • Specification Standardization.
  • Tender schedule purchase, prepare & submit.
  • Dealing with Tender Evaluation Committee (Tender Technical Committee)
  • Dealing with AG office & collect payment.

After Sales related Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with our Service Center for after sales service.
  • Attend to client’s complains.
  • Follow-up with after sales service department to monitor work progress.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Get market information and observe the competitor’s strategy.

Job Requirement:

  • Must have enough technical knowledge about vehicles.
  • Must have good contact/liaison in government, non-government, semi-government, autonomous and multinational companies.
  • Must have knowledge of standardization and procedure of procurement in defense.
  • Retired Lieutenant Colonel or Major will be given preference.

Required Qualification: Graduation in Automotive/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.

Experience: 12 (Twelve) to 15 (Fifteen) Years.
