Job Title: Manager - Admin & Compliance

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinates various office support services such as:

  • Monitoring the Security System.
  • Monitoring the Cleaning System which includes Cleaners.
  • Monitoring the Support Service Staffs i.e. Peons/Drivers/Electricians.
  • Maintain and monitor all vehicles of workshop for updating license, registration, tax-token, insurance & route permit.

Connected directly with Procurement Department for:

  • Requirements and the supply and the stock of the office stationeries’.
  • Purchase of stationary.
  • Close liaison with all/various vendors.
  • Re-make /change of uniforms of the Support Service Staffs’.
  • Supervising kitchen management.

Support Services like:

  • Arrange protocol, accommodation, pick & drop facilities for the expatriates.
  • Looking after expatriates.

Taking care of the Office Property such as:

  • Preparing agreement for house rent.
  • Building Insurance.
  • Monitoring the land tax/City corporation tax.
  • Monitoring the bills of electric/water/gas.
  • Monitoring the purchase of Diesel for Generator.
  • Generator Maintenance.
  • Maintain liaison with lawyers’ and prepare lease agreement as per the guidelines.
  • Maintain all mobile phones issued for employees of Millennium Group.

General Works like:

  • Checking overtime sheets of Workshop/Drivers/Peons.
  • Issuance of Circulars.
  • Monitoring the roaster duty of showroom.
  • Monitor safety issues such as – Fire extinguisher, fire alarm, workers safety & security & arrange fire drill annually.
  • Follow up and maintain liaison with Medical Service Provider.

Conclusion:

  • Maintain close liaison with all Departments.
  • Supervising the situation on emergency.

Responsible for any other job assigned by the management.

  • Required Qualification: BBA/ MBA/ Graduation in any Discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 05 (Five) to 07 (Seven) Years.
