Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced call center and telemarketer. Core Responsibility belongs to attending customers call, Email, Webmail and provide suitable solutions to our valuable customers. Aside, you will also be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services.
The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints. A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele.
Responsibilities
- Listening and understanding of customer problems and suitable solutions to customer.
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.
- Knowledge of call centers tabs handling management updating dash boarding will be highlighted.
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
- Maintain co-operative and close relationship with old clients and develop new customers through professional caliber.
- You must have good voice and convincing capability over telemarketing.
- Experienced in telemarketing is a must.
- Provide application support to our new and current customers through phone call, email, etc. on a regular basis.
- Must able to work multiple task.
- Self-motivated, Hardworking, Energetic and result oriented.
Skills
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Able and willing to work under pressure and meet challenges.
- Basic computer knowledge. Good commands in Microsoft Office Packages.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
