We are looking for some dynamic and motivated professionals for High Voltage S/S Projects of Hyosung Corporation in Bangladesh for the following positions.



 Construction Admin. Manager for Substation


  • Observe construction activities of all kinds in the field and verify general compliance with the Construction Documents and Specifications.
  • Initiate and maintain contact with other key project individuals for clarification, coordination, and negotiation of critical issues.
  • Consistently utilize excellent judgment and problem-solving skills related to independent decision making.
  • Act as a liaison between our design professionals, contractors and our client representatives.
  • Provide experience to the teams developing construction contract documents.
  • Administration of the construction process for us and our clients.
  • Over-all project management at the construction phase.
  • Review / Management of Submittals.
  • Participate in the resolution of construction issues.
  • Prepares change orders and negotiate claims and contract modifications
  • Communicates and coordinates work progress and related issues on a regular basis with Supervisors, field personnel and clients
  • Reviews daily reports and prepares and transmits weekly summaries as needed.
  • Oversees and process progress monthly estimates and final estimates.
  • Attend in conducting project meetings, setting milestones and formulating monthly owner report
  • Update project schedule; ensure project quality control and establish overall project logistics
  • The Assistant Project Manager shall contribute to or have overall responsibility for the successful administration and management of projects.
  • Maintain/manage project(s) within company’s contract management system.
  • Assist with communication with both internal and external customers to ensure that project goals, cost, schedule, and quality are achieved.
  • Ensure proper documentation and review of all project related changes/modifications.
  • Determines terms and prepares contract packages.
  • Manages all project team efforts to facilitate effective execution of project design and the delivery of construction documents.
  • Coordinates design group interaction both internally and externally.
  • Review project budgets, Manages project financial performance, prepare the invoice and collect bill.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed


  • Construction Administrator with at least 5 years’ experience overseeing substation construction projects.
  • In depth understanding of Contract Document Drawings and Specifications.
  • Builds and maintains favorable working relationships with Clients, Contractors and all other team members.
  • Perform on-site observations and produce field reports.
  • Project planning and scheduling skills
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in electrical or construction engineering, and/or construction management required.
  • Experience in management and coordination of contracts, ability to manage and direct Subcontractors and General Contractors, and maintain relationships.
  • Possess strong initiative and effective organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail, and ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • Ability to establish and maintain rapport and interact with various levels of professionals.
  • Demonstrated experience working with MS Office Suite to include Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience using MS Project and PROCORE® construction software is desired.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willing to travel to other markets as needed to assist with projects
