JOB PURPOSE: Maintain dealer’s sales & marketing operation in a specific area/zone.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
- Supervising & guiding dealer’s sales policy to increase result
- Plan & execute weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales & marketing activities
- Monitor dealer’s stocks, analyze and report to supervisor
- Daily retail tracking of dealers and perform to increase retail sales
- Collection of market data & others information and prepare analytical report and provide to concern department
- Training dealer sales staff for smooth dealer sales operation and increase customer satisfaction
- Increase result through performing marketing activities & achieve organizational goal through channel sales
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Post-Graduation (Specially MBA on Marketing) from any reputed public or private university
- Age: 28-35 years
- Dealer management experience will get advantage especially in automobile industry
- Hard Working
- Able to work under pressure
- Excellent Communication and leadership skills
- Must be SMART and Presentable
- Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office & Lotus Notes
