Job Description/Responsibility
- Plan and implement an effective sales program that ensure departmental sales objective.
- Meet monthly sales and revenue target
- Sourcing sufficient sales lead generation for conversion into monthly targeted sales.
- Identify the market opportunities for future sales.
- Maintain an effective communication with prospects/customers that ensures company’s interest
- Capable to build a strong relationship with prospects and customers maintaining the brand image of the company.
- Achieve company’s profitability objective through optimum selling price.
- Keep update on market intelligence.
- Provide feedback on regular basis to the team leader on industry’s present trend and giving ideas for market opportunity for product development.
- Prepare sales reports as per guideline of the department.
- Ensure that sales leads/ prospects information is maintained accurately in the prospects database.
- Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as deemed necessary by the department.
Job Nature: Full time
Job location: Dhaka
Educational Requirements
- Masters/Graduate from any renowned university.
Experience Requirements: 1 to 3 years
Additional Job requirements
- Good knowledge of the sales process, cycle and the industry.
- Experience in Real Estate, Developer, pharmaceutical or Insurance company
- Exceptional communication and people management skills
- Ability to work in a team and should be proactive
Salary Range: Negotiable
