Position: Security In-Charge
Job Description:
- Capable to monitor and control the organizations Security Team and the Security operations.
- Implementing security protocols & ensure safety of the all Premises, Goods & Vehicles.
- Prepare & Monitor the Duty Roster of the security guards.
- Recruitment of guards as required.
- Monitor the sources of security issues, safety and fire hazards by regular visits to all sites.
- Deal with incidents, complaints, investigations of theft, assault & lost properties.
- Maintain liaison between Local Law enforcing agencies and Govt. intelligence law agencies.
- Ensure the safety, security of Fire related equipment’s as & when required.
- Ensure security of our properties & materials.
- Record observations, information, occurrences of all surveillance activities.
- Maintain liaison with all the Departments related to security related issues.
- Conduct safety and security awareness meetings with security personnel regularly.
- Monitor the leave, attendance, day-to-day operations of the security guards.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
Educational Requirements:
Experience Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in the relevant field.
Additional Job Requirements:
- Only males are allow to apply.
- Must have a pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Must be fluent both English and Bengali.
- Computer knowledge, MS-office is required.
- Must have valid Licence for Motor Bike driving.
