Position: Sales Consultant
Job Description:
- Promotes /Sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers approach.
- Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers
- Establishes, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in
the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
- Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
- Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
- Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers with Commercial Department.
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Analyzes the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers.
- Creates and manages a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value
opportunities.
- Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive
activities, and potential for new products and services.
Educational Requirements:
- Business graduate from any reputed educational institution.
Experience Requirements:
- At least 5 years’ experience in direct sales, service sales will be preferred.
Additional Job Requirements:
- Optimistic, Aggressive and passionate
- Excellent in English both writing & oral communication
- Computer literacy must. Computer skills in MS-Office, Windows OS.
- Strong negotiation skill and strategic thinking ability
- Must have good communication & presentation skills
- Pro-active, Self motivated and smart
- Ability to work under a team
