Position: Vehicle Maintenance Engineer (Manager - Workshop)

Job Description:

• Looking after the organization’s transportation & equipment’s along with repairs and maintenance
• Supervising the activities of Subordinates, Mechanics and Technicians.
• Cooperating Procurement Department in purchasing of the spare parts.
• Providing Technical Support/report to Procurement Department for any new purchase of vehicles or selling old vehicles.
• Ensuring regular/routine servicing of all the vehicles.
• Responsible for looking into all kinds of vehicle malfunctions and recommending and performing all related repairs with the help of company helpers, mechanics and technician.
• Responsible for all safety measures for the vehicles.
• Responsible for providing technical solutions to all vehicles related problems.
• Maintenance of CNG Conversion of Diesel Engine with Distributor Ignition System.
• Look after Generator (Diesel & Gas) maintenance & repairing
• Having working relationship with the Operation’s manager and performing any other duties upon requirement
• Work positively and effectively as part of a team environment
• Conducting Yearly Performance Appraisal of employees of the Vehicle Maintenance stuffs.

Educational Requirements:

• B.Sc in Auto Mobile Engineering/Diploma in Auto Mobile Engineering from any reputed educational institution.

Experience Requirements:

• 10 to 20 years of experience in the relevant field. (Retired Army person also may apply from relevant background)

Additional Job Requirements:

• Computer knowledge, MS-office is required.
  
• Fluent both in written & oral communication in Bangla and English.
  
• Must have a pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal & communication skills.

Age Limit: 35 - 45 years
