Position: Executive, Procurement

Job Description:

• Analysis of deferent purchase requisition.
• Sourcing & quotation collection of various vendors/suppliers.
  
• Ensure the purchase of quality items.
  
• Visiting the market frequently for prepare comparative statement.
  
• Ensure vendor database management.
  
• Ensure collection & processing of bills.
  
• Provide purchase related reports when required.
  
• Update Inventory very regularly.

Educational Requirements:

• Business graduate from any reputed educational institution.

Experience Requirements:

• At least 5 years experience in relevant field.

Additional Job Requirements:

• Must have knowledge on Inventory Management System.
  
• Computer literacy must. Computer skills in MS-Office, Windows OS & PMS software.
  
• Excellent in English both writing & oral communication.
  
• Strong negotiation skill and strategic thinking ability.
  
• Pro-active, Self motivated and smart.
  
• Ability to work under a team.

Required Skills: Able to drive a Motor Cycle & must have a valid license.

Age Limit: 25 years - 30 years
