Manager - Marketing & Sales, HNS Corporation (Hankook Tire)
Manager manages support functions essential to sales force productivity. These include planning, reporting, quota setting and management, sales process optimization, sales job design, sales training, sales program implementation, and sales compensation design and administration. He is responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the assigned sales organization.

Job Description/ Responsibilities
- Initiative sales trend analysis and forecast sales growth through identification of appropriate strategies, channels and support.
- Identify, develop, execute and evaluate business strategy, based on knowledge of organizational objectives, market characteristics, cost and markup factors.
- Projection and evaluation of the financial aspects of product such as budgets, expenditures, return-on-investment, profit-loss etc.
- Ensure effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
- Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
- Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
- Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs.
- Directs market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
- Meet with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
- Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
- Review and analyze sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.

Educational Requirements: Business Post Graduate from any recognized educational institutions, but BBA/MBA in Marketing will get preference.
Experience Requirements : Minimum 7-8 years working experience in Tire Business Company. Applicants without experience in Tire Business will be rejected.

- Strong & leadership experience in Sales & Marketing background with a leading tire business.
- Proven ability and desire to help build a Marketing infrastructure, including processes, methodologies and tools required to drive Marketing effectiveness.
- Strong consulting, negotiation, problem resolution, mediation, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrated sound business judgment and the ability to work successfully with all levels of professionals, backgrounds, and perspectives;
- Exceptional leadership and management skills and the ability to motivate, develop, and inspire a team while creating a highly empowered organization;
- Excellent communication skill both in English and Bengali.
- Sound computer skill.
