Job Purpose (1 Sentence Summary)
- Support Country Manager
- Accountable for HR & Admin. supports in Dhaka Office.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities (Business Management Activites + People Management Activities)
HR Responsibilities:
- Staffing : 1.1) Develop sources of qualified applicants and engage in recruiting actives aimed at developing a pool of qualified applicants; 1.2) Conduct initial screening interview of candidate and refer suitable candidate to hiring department;
- HR Operations: 2.1) Implement HR policies and processes (employment, hand book, leave, attendance, discipline, exit, etc.); 2.2) keep and update employee files
- Compensation & Benefits : 3.1) Assists the Head of Finance , HR & Admin with development of Salary Structure, Job Grade, Market Survey, augmented with market benchmark data to ensure Herma’s competitive positioning in talent attraction, employee rewards and retention;
- Manage office security & staff safety; office facilities, fixed assets. Also make sure and look after all renewal of legal documents and agreement on time.
- Make travel arrangements for Dhaka employee and organize customer VIP visits.
Finance. Responsibilities:
- Manage Petty Cash for Dhaka office and make sure the Voucher and payment done as per Land of Law;
- Make Sure and arrange to submit all account papers to the local authority and finance auditor on time.
