Within HEMA we design and develop all the products ourselves.  HEMA has an own buying office in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Dhaka.

For our Dhaka office we are searching for high caliber candidates to the post of:

Merchandiser / Jr. Merchandiser (Woven and Knitted Garments)

Job Responsibilities:

• Order follow up with the factory
• Support in administrative and filing activities
• Coordination of buying trips from head office
• Monitoring on suppliers performance

Requirements:

• Graduate from any recognized university. Education on textile management will give preference.
• 3–5 years garments merchandise experience in a multinational buying office, most preferable for an European retailer.
• Self-motivated, a team player, open-minded with strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Able to work in organized way and proactively.
• Able to speak and write fluently both in English and Bangla.
• Good at PC skills
• Must be able to work under pressure
