Helvetas Bangladesh welcomes a qualified and experienced Consultancy firm for a baseline evaluation of its “Actions to Climate Change Ensuring Sustainable Solutions (ACCESS)” project under the Water, Food and Climate (WFC) program.

Expected Competencies:

• The consultant should have expertise in collecting data from coastal populations and households.
• Proven expertise in conducting large-scale Endline, including gender-sensitive data collection and input, data management, and storing, particularly for climate change and disaster research.
• Clear knowledge of climate change, disaster, socio-demographic, economic, and cultural variables that affect the coastal livelihood in Bangladesh, particularly girls and young women.
• Experience teaching, facilitating, and supervising survey enumerators and data entry operators to gather and input data according to high-quality standards.
• Experienced in conducting similar studies in Bangladesh.
• Have outstanding writing, verbal, and presenting abilities in both English and Bangla.
• Ability to collaborate with HELVETAS Bangladesh and incorporate input as needed.
• Thought leadership to draw recommendations for the next programming in the context of climate change, especially with the lens of climate justice.
