Branch Manager

Educational Qualification:
Candidate should have a BBA/ MBA/ Masters in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Management or any other related discipline.

Job Description/Responsibility:

• Candidates should have at least 4-5 years of experience in Brokerage House/ Securities institution especially in Branch oriented business.
• Must thrive in stressful environments. Must be able to think and act quickly and be adaptable and focused. Developing strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Monitor branch associates and trading.
• Conduct Branch under rules and regulations as well as the direction of the Management.
• Prepare short-term, mid-term and long-term planning and implement it by taking approval of the Management.
• Ensure the best service for clients.
• Tracking down new clients and gain.
• Fulfill the target and report to the Management.
• Monitor the functions of other staff of Branch and report to the Management if necessary.
• Organize and motivate the associates to provide their best service for the Company.
• Conduct morning meeting for every working day.
• By evaluating the current Capital Market situation, making strategies considering the competitors for promotion/marketing for the development of Branch.
• Co-ordinate with Business Development Manager and COO about Business Development Strategy.
