Habitat for Humanity International- Bangladesh is currently looking for interested and qualified consultant, firm or institution for Project End Evalution of a three years project implemented by Habitat for Humanity International- Bangladesh.

Qualication Required:

  • At least a Masters Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies or Economics from an university
  • 5 years of demonstrated experience in social and community research/ evaluation in rural/semi-urban locations
  • Good understanding of the informal settlements and WASH sector with demonstrated practical working experience or evaluation/ research in such environments
  • Proven experience of using participatory rural appraisal tools as the means of data collection for evaluation assessment
  • Proven understanding on Result Based Management (RBM)
  • Experience of effective interaction with local, national organizations, government departments, and international humanitarian actors
  • Conversant with application of cross cutting themes like gender, disability and environment
  • Good spoken and written communication skills in English
  • Excellent and proven analytical and report writing skills

Submission of Proposal:

Interested consultant, firm or institution may submit their technical and financial proposal aliong with CVs of key staffs/ institution’s profile and cover letter in a sealed envelop seperately. Envelop must be marked with the title of the assignment. Proposals must be submitted to Procurement Committee, Habitat for Humanity Bangladesh, House- 7 (3rd floor), Road- 23/B, Gulshan- 1, Dhaka- 1212 by April 28, 2015 by 4:30 pm.
