In order to support our business expansion, we are in urgent need of the following position:

Position Title: Assistant Relationship Manager– Liability Business

Key Responsibilities:

  • To achieve the agreed individual sales targets ensuring the compliance with bank's policies and procedures to support the realization of the branch targets, particularly those of the business segment.
  • Promote the bank's products to new and existing customers by making proactive sales efforts and capitalizing on cross selling opportunities in order to achieve the sales targets.
  • The official will be responsible for providing a range of general banking services to business customers to achieve the business goals of the branch.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of the branch sales plan and programs for the business segment ensuring the consistency with the overall business plan of the Bank.
  • To build and maintain effective business relationship with customers.
  • Ensure to deliver consistently high level of customer service and effectively deal with the customer queries in order to maintain high degree of customer satisfaction.
  • Acquiring new customer and generate positive sales lead.
  • Submitting daily sales report to the supervisor.

Essential Requirements:

  • Graduation/Post Graduation in any discipline (preferably from business discipline) from recognized local or foreign university with no third class/ division

Experience:

  • 2-3 years relevant experience in Sales functions of Bank’s/ Financial Institutions.

Desirable Competencies:

  • Candidates should be smart, dynamic & self-motivated.
  • Result & Target Oriented.
  • Customer focuses (Internal & External).
  • Relationship building skills.
  • Ability to communicate in English (spoken/ written) is necessary.
  • Ability to work independently, under high pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Ability to deal with customers with positive attitude.

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh

Salary range: Negotiable - depending on suitability & experience.
