In order to support our business expansion, we are in urgent need of the following position:

Position Title: Relationship Manager - Corporate Banking

Key Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Solicit and establish acceptable new borrowing relationships as per the Bank policies and procedures complying regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintaining existing borrowing relationships ensuring timely renewal of credit lines.
  • Spread and analyze financial statements, preparation of credit application/proposal, documentation and post sanction monitoring through periodic account review/renewal.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relations with all existing clients at key levels to optimize the utilization of approved facilities
  • Implement and maintain complete control aspects i.e. financial analysis of statement of accounts, documentation, periodic client visits call reports, raising early alerts and updating the obligor Risk Grading on timely manner etc.

Qualification:

  • Post graduate in any discipline (preferably in Commerce)/MBA/BBA from reputed local or foreign universities.
  • Should be competent to take challenging targets and energetic to achieve the set target.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in corporate relationship management.
  • The applicants should have experience in the area(s) – Credit Risk/ Relationship Management Department of a reputed local/ foreign bank.

Key Competencies:

  • Candidates (Male/ Female) should be smart, dynamic and self-motivated.
  • Good knowledge of credit/ risk/ relationship management in Banking.
  • Excellent knowledge on relevant circulars/ guidelines/ policies of Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory authorities.
  • Ability to communicate in English (spoken/ written) is necessary.

Job Location: Dhaka (subject to transfer at any location)

Salary Range: Negotiable - depending on suitability & experience.
