In order to support our business expansion, we are in urgent need of the following position:

Position Title: Officer - Administration

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating in interior renovation/ refurbishment work of new office/ branches.
  • Monitor overall office management including repair and maintenance of office equipments.
  • Transport management including servicing, maintenance, papers renewal etc.
  • Administration of printing and other stationeries including purchasing and distribution
  • Processing bills for ensuring on time payments to stake holders/ vendors.
  • Keep tracking of all Administrative Service Contract and ensure timely renewal.
  • Provide logistics support for meeting, conference, trainings etc.
  • Ensure proper travel support. e.g. ticketing, hotel booking etc.
  • Support staff management e.g. Security, Messenger, Tea- Boy etc.

Essential Requirements:

  • Graduation/Post Graduation in any discipline (preferably from business discipline) from recognized local or foreign university with no third class/ division.

Experience:

  • 2 to 3 year(s) experience in Administration Department.
  • Knowledge & work experience in the same industry will be an added advantage.

Desirable Competencies:

  • Candidates should be smart, dynamic & self-motivated.
  • Ability to communicate in English (spoken/ written) is necessary.
  • Ability to work independently, under high pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Ability to deal with stake holders with positive attitude.

Job Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh

Salary Range: Negotiable - depending on suitability & experience.
