Job Description / Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate the implementation of business process improvements in support of business targets.
- Apply tools, techniques, knowledge and skills of GPS to generate opportunities that deliver financial and non-financial business benefits.
- Work closely with different department/ function to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare departmental visual performance board and assuring daily/ weekly/ periodic update of the board.
- Track progress of the team deployment road map.
- Prepare broad site improvement plan and work with department to meet the agreed performance improvement plan.
- Network with other GPS resources to exchange and implement learning and good practice.
- Arrange training sessions
- Coach site team leaders and operators to develop and sustain continuous improvement mindset.
- Conduct assessment in site Vs GPS Maturity matrix and support the site to mitigate gap.
- Capability building of employees on performance management tools/ technique.
Job Nature: Full-time
Educational Requirements: B.Sc Engineering from reputed Universities / Institutes in any discipline preferably in IPE
Experience Requirements: 2 to 5 year(s)
Desire Requirements
- Good communication skill in English
- Good presentation skill
- Analytical problem solving skill, including statistical data analysis.
- Ability to operate in a team based environment.
- Desired: Candidates must have the enthusiasm to work under pressure with roaster basis shifting duty in 24 hrs operations.
