Position: Site Engineer (civil)

Job Description / Responsibility

• The candidate will be responsible for construction supervision, planning, managing & coordinating for timely completion of the project.
• Erection of Pre-fabricated/ Pre- engineered steel Building (High rise, shed etc.) and any kind of steel infrastructure.
• Schedule the project in logical steps and budget to meet deadlines.
• Monitor & control site expenses, subcontractors bill etc.
• Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geological data to plan projects.
• Keep Records, Monitor and control attendance of employees / workers and usage of material quantities & qualities.
• Prepare and verify contractor's bills and ensure cost control and time management.
• Ensure that project work is carried out in accordance with current codes, standards, drawings and other specifications.
• Refer all requests for design changes to the project manager and obtain necessary approvals prior to carrying out the work.
• Coordinate purchasing of materials and equipment for site use as per requirement.
• Ensure that as per specification accurate quantity of materials and equipment are delivered to site, safely handled and stored in proper place.
• Monitor sub-contractors performance and report to the Project Manager/ Assistant Project Manager in completing sub-contractor appraisals.
• Ensure safe working practices are adhered by the site personnel at all stages of the project works.
• Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering from a reputed Institute.

Pre- Requisite to apply:

• At least 4 year(s) experience in large steel structure and RCC building construction.
• Must be conversant with auto CAD, 2D & 3D
• Age limit within 35 years.
• Only males may apply.
• Must have knowledge on Project erection, planning and implementation work.
• Strong command in English (written and writing) and high level of computer proficiency.
• Good report writing skill for submission of technical evaluation report and proposal for improvement of works.
• Committed to work, independent, self-driven, and result oriented.
• Traveling flexibility.
