System Developer (.NET)
Roles & Responsibilities:

As a System Developer, you will take part in regular development and additionally should be able to perform the following roles:

  • Learn and adopt good practices from the organization regarding development
  • Continuously develop our consumer sites, B2B solutions and internal systems to be best in class
  • Participate in scaling and upgrading our services to meet an increasing global demand
  • Participate in introducing new technologies and ways of working to keep us well ahead of our competition.
  • Help team achieve goals by working as an active team player
  • Take part in our scrum teams, including estimation, planning and process improvement
  • Should be able to take right initiatives whenever situation demands

Required Qualifications:
Eligibility:
  • A bachelor’s degree in relevant field from a reputed institution with good results throughout
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and must have efficient communication skill
  • Candidate should be a structured person with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to thrive in a young dynamic international environment with short sales cycles
  • Ability to take responsibility and ownership of tasks whilst being service minded
  • Candidate should be able to multi-task, work with a sense of urgency and adapt to changing requirement and project directions
  • “Do-er” attitude

Work Experience:
  • 2-3 years’ experience with .Net web development or similar work
  • Must have working experience in Visual Studio .NET, C# and MongoDB
  • NoSQL, IIS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with jQuery, NHibernate, Team City, Varnish and Rabbit MQ is an advantage
  • Angular JS and SaaS/LESS experience is a plus
  • Foundation framework or Twitter Bootstrap experience is a plus
  • Must have experience in REST API based application development
  • Working experience in a structured development process
  • Must have TDD experience
  • Must have experience in GIT
Frontend Developer
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • The position involves hands-on production work, translating design concepts into HTML/XHTML, CSS3 and JavaScript pages
  • Develop cross browser compatible web pages
  • Receive a design from client in PSD/AI format/Wireframe and convert it to actual HTML5/CSS3 pages
  • Build pages with W3C standards
  • Quick turnaround of design to actual pages
  • Optimize CSS and JavaScript codes
  • Work with frontend frameworks such as foundation or twitter bootstrap to build pages
  • Work with Less or SaaS for CSS
  • Work with Angular.js on need basis
  • Build pages following SEO principles

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor/Master's degree in relevant discipline
  • At least one year experience in building HTML/CSS sites
  • Solid understanding of design principles, user-interface and user-experience
  • Expert knowledge in HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent grip on converting any design (PSD, AI, Wireframe etc) to HTML5/CSS3 page
  • Experience in frontend frameworks such as Twitter bootstrap or foundation framework
  • Must have basic working knowledge in jQuery
  • Experience in LESS/SaaS is a plus
  • Experience in Angular JS or backbone.js is a plus
  • Must have clear understanding of Responsive and Fixed layouts
  • Understanding of how to optimize HTML/CSS templates and browser compatibility issues
  • Resourceful, with excellent trouble shooting and problem solving skills
  • Willingness to acquire new skills and enhance existing technical skill set
  • Excellent communication skill in English
  • GIT experience is a plus
