Position:

Quality Assurance Manager

Job Description:

• Perform the job as described in Assurance Quality Control Manual (AQCM) of Grant Thornton Bangladesh
• Assisting Head of Quality Assurance Monitoring to discharge his/her responsibilities.
• Designing and implementing a monitoring process designed to provide the firm with reasonable assurance that the policies and procedures relating to the system of quality control in the assurance practice are relevant, adequate, and operating effectively.
• Identifying deficiencies in the firm's system of quality control in the assurance practice.
• Perform functions as may be delegated by the Head of Quality Control.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Applicants should have the requisite skills and knowledge of working with Quality Control Team.
• Applicant should be completed CA Knowledge Level or ACCA qualified at least.
• Should have capacity to drive both team, individual and communicate effectively with positive influence to drive.

Experience:

• Candidates who have the experience in working with Quality Control Team of Chartered Accountancy Firm will get preference.

Communication Skills:

• Should have proficiency in speaking, writing, listening and understanding English.
• Should be well conversant in e-mailing.
• Highly conversant both in oral and written communications.

Computer literacy:

• Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office Package.
• Familiar with internet browsing.
