Position: Business Development Manager, Corporate Solution
Job Description / Responsibilities
- Determine the need gap analysis of corporate house and prepare the best product for their business solution
- Identify potential partners/customers from within the industry by exploring business opportunities
- Attend related events and review publications and announcements to identify individual contributors and their accomplishments
- Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements and related financials
- Develop negotiating strategies and market positions by examining risks and potentials and estimating partners' needs and goals
- Close new business deals by assessing requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations
- Accommodate new and different demands from customers/partners and actively develop strategies to meet them
Additional Job Requirements
- Excellent skills for prospecting and closing potential deals
- Strong motivation for sales along with good communication, reporting and presentation skills
- Well conversant with community led approaches
- Robust grasp of economic and social development sectors and apt knowledge about the market
- Proven managerial competency leading team with conceptual clarity and technical capacity
- Guide the training team and ensure quality of all training programs and related documentations
- Report writing skills both in Bengali and English
Education
Masters/ Bachelors in Business Administration, Development Studies, Social Sciences from a reputed university
Experience
Minimum 5 years experience in development field or private sector
