Territory Sales Manager

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh


YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Ensure the excellence in execution in field sales management.
  • Ensure that the business objective in the territory is met
  • Lead, manage, develop and assess Sales Officers (SO)
  • Monitor the activity bringing success and personal fulfilment for the team
  • Manage Cash collection, propose and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure perfect and fast implementation of company’s activity (visibility tools, launches, loyalty programs)
  • Monitor cold chain on the field, propose and implement corrective actions & monitor Quality Control issues

 TO WIN THIS JOB, YOU NEED TO HAVE

  • Minimum 3-2 years working experience in managerial sales position in FMCG
  • Graduation from any discipline
  • Ownership; make decisions, is accountable
  • People oriented; passion about developing people via empowerment
  • Pragmatic, pro-active, problem solver
  • Strong motivation to build a career in sales
  • Good knowledge of MS office package
  • Basic English communication skill
