Senior Area Sales Manager

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh


YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Lead the team by following KPI
  • Develop and motivate the team
  • Manage and ensure distributors sustainability
  • Basic Sales operation; e.g. Sales weekly rolling forecast, Monitor and control market returns, Implement retailers activations program and promotions
  • Implement and monitor visibility tools and impact of these tools
  • Recommend ways to improve sales volume

TO WIN THIS JOB, YOU NEED TO HAVE

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in managerial position in FMCG sales
  • Ownership: make decisions, is accountable
  • People oriented: is good at and loves to develop people via empowerment
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Pragmatic, pro-active, problem solver
  • Speed in implementation, fast learner
