Sr. Maintenance & Development Project Executive

Job Location: Bogra

Your purpose:

The Sr. Maintenance & Development Project Executive is responsible for Autonomous maintenance for Utility Machineries & ETP plant, Preventive Maintenance Plan and execution for other plant machineries, to reduce Machine’s Break down time in factory and chilling centres with the aim to ensure smooth operation, reduce maintenance & utility cost.

YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Manage Preventive and Corrective Maintenance to ensure smooth factory running
  • Ensure record keeping for all maintenance related works through Log Book, PM record, Troubleshooting records, Machine History Book, Utility Consumable parts/materials record etc.
  • Implement efficient trouble shooting = Identify and solve on time approach
  • Prevent machines breakdowns (ensure safety stock of critical spare parts aligning with Local Store and SSD, services contracts, plan & execution)
  • Responsible to optimize mechanical efficiency of machine.
  • Responsible to lead Workshop projects and support all development project implementation
  • Support corrective maintenance in milk chilling center
  • Manage, coach and evaluate utility people

TO WIN THIS JOB, YOU NEED TO HAVE

  • Diploma/ Bachelors in Mechanical / Electrical / Electromechanical Engineering preferable
  • Minimum 3 years of experience, hands on experience in maintenance department
  • Strong analytical ability : identify and solve the problems with ability to work under pressure
  • Strong leadership ability.
  • Comfortable with computer and Familiar in English communication (Both oral & written)
  • Experience in dairy is a plus.
