The job description of the Business Development Executive will be including but not limited to the following:
- Assist the business development manager.
- Identifying new business opportunities.
- Developing technical and financial proposal in collaboration with the Business Development Manager.
- Designing campaign for clients in collaboration with the manager.
- Preparing SBCC (Social and behavior change communication) and IEC (Information, Education, and Communication) and IEC (Information, Education, and Communication) materials for the client in collaboration with the manager.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Providing feedback to the clients of the ongoing projects.
- Communicating with other agencies and individuals according to the requirement of the firm.
- Any other firm assigned project according to the personnel’s expertise.
Educational Requirement: Minimum Bachelor degree preferably from Business Background.
Experience Requirement: Freshers are encouraged to apply for the Business Development Executive post. For Business Development Manager, 2 year experience is required in the similar field.
Other requirements:
- Should have working knowledge about the media production.
- Working experience with international development organizations will be an advantage.
- Must have sound knowledge on MS office package.
- Excellent communication skill.
- Excellent presentation skill.
- Must be fluent in English. (Speaking, reading and writing).
- Working knowledge in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop will be considered as an advantage.
