Job Responsibilities

• Establish relationship with trade partners and create the potential environment for sales.
  
• Introduce product line and make business arguments to establish superiority of brand over competition
  
• Ensure placement and maintenance of product dispensing unit and secure against that.
  
• Assist the distributor in organizing the markets & routes and ensure sales from each market cluster.
  
• Monitor and supervise the sales representative and guide them to secure sales for each route and cluster.
  
• Monitor the sales order and delivery deviation for each sales and distribution group.
  
• Make sales forecast based on the market potential and demand securities on a month over month basis in line with set ABP targets.
  
• Collect and share market and competitor information with the line managers and devise plan to increase market share.

Educational Requirements: Masters degree; business management is preferred 

Experience Requirements:

• At least 3 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements

• Age 25 to 30 year(s)
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Bangla & English
  
• Excellent Planning and goal setting skill.
  
• Have ability to work for extended hours
