Job Responsibilities

• Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base 
  
• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market 
  
• Setting sales targets for individual representative and team as a whole 
  
• Reaching the targets and goals set for area 
  
• Maintaining and increasing sales 
  
• Developing sales strategies and setting targets 
  
• Compiling and analyzing sales figures 
  
• Monitoring your team`s performance and motivating them to reach targets

Educational Requirements: Masters degree/ MBA with major in marketing, management from a well reputed public or private university 

Experience Requirements:

• 5 to 6 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Sales, Distribution/Supply Chain Management
  
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Distribution Companies/Wholesale, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/ Seed/ GM), Direct Selling/ Marketing Service Company

Additional Job Requirements
