Manager / Assistant Manager, Sales

Job Description / Responsibility:

• Ensuring contribution for business development
• Identifying and leveraging scope of  new business
• Ensuring sales growth
• Leveraging sales skills across teams
• Yearly target set for self and team based on the market trend analysis
• Forecast of product requirement and usage rate within time frame
• Understanding trend of the market and suggest strategic move accordingly.
• Ensuring proper sales plan/visit plan/marketing plan for team
• Building and nurturing strong customer relationships by ensuring superior service
• Training & developing capability among team members
• Overall observation of smooth sales, tracking & reporting.

Educational Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Science from a local or foreign university.

Experience Requirements;

• Overall 08 years’ experience in relevant Industry with Minimum 02 years’ experience as Assistant Sales Manager or 04 years experiences as Senior Sales / Marketing Executive in marketing of Critical care and Hospital Infrastructure field.

• Proven expertise in dental product.
• Demonstrated ability to get best out of teams, investing in their training & development need
• Process orientation and ability to manage processes for cost and time efficiencies
• Track record of networking skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding and leveraging synergies across departments for better customer delivery
• Have skill in complete project handling individually.
• Must have sound knowledge / Practice in price quotation preparation based on customer required configuration of machine.

Age: 32-40
