Job Description / Responsibility:
- Assist in creating and enhancing long-term business relationships with customers to maximize business growth and opportunities.
- Develop sales plan to achieve monthly and yearly sales target of the assigned area with team.
- Handle customer’s inquiries and complaints.
- Ensure that all daily communication is both effective and timely.
- Be able to lead the entire team.
- Work closely with all related team to ensure customer and suppliers satisfaction.
- Must have literacy in computer, email and software use.
- Must have good leadership skill, communication skill and self-motivation.
- Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitors’ activities and continuously search for new opportunities to increase sales in the area.
- Establish and ensure that all sales administration procedures relating to the area are properly implemented to support the sales team.
- Provide necessary guidelines to the distributors for the smooth functioning of their business.
Educational Requirements:
- The ideal candidate should have Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Science / engineering.
Experience Requirements;
- At least 7 year(s) in Surgical / Medical products with 3 years as Team Leader Position.
- The applicant should have experience in corporate environment.
