Job Description / Responsibility:

• Tie up and Prepare sales plan as per given sales target focusing on corporate business segments such as- Group of Companies, RMG, Textile, Corporate Offices, Industries, Bank, Private Institutions etc.
• Achieve Monthly sales target as per company's policy.
• Prepare necessary reports and submit to superior on regular interval.
• Train, motivate, supervise & direct subordinate to achieve monthly sales target.
• Promote / Do branding actively to boost sales.
• Update own activity log on real time basis in company provided software/application and follow-up subordinates to do so.
• Having good interpersonal & business communication skill to manage all types of customer including corporate clients.
• Must be a good and quick learner and also good trainer so that subordinates can easily be updated about product knowledge and related matters.
• Must have successful track record in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Corporate Marketing for software-based product in previous company(s).
• Source customer database from various sources for marketing.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
• Graduate from any reputed public/private University

Experience Requirements:

• 2 to 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Sales, Marketing, Brand Planning/ Development, Business Development, Market Research, Corporate Marketing

Employment Status: Full-time

Additional Requirements:

• Age at least 25 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply.
• Knowledge on ERP system.
• Should have good communication skill in English and Bangla both writing and speaking.
• Should have sound knowledge in computer operation, internet browsing, Softeare operation
