Job Description / Responsibility

• Provide professional advice to international students regarding education in Australia and ensure they choose the right course to meet their need and future career.
• Assisting students with enrollment application and admission process for international students and ongoing support.
• Helping students with their visa lodgement, ensure all the documents are well provided and advising them about the status of cases.
• Provide ongoing supports for all the existing students
• Following up with the existing clients and ensure they continuously using our service during their study in Australia.
• Building an international student portfolio of international students
• Developing and building strong client relationships with the school partners to secure ongoing agreements.
• Dealing and liaising with school partners when Director is away
• Keeping accurate records of student database in accordance with agency procedures
• Ensure all team members are doing their jobs correctly, effective and efficiently.
• Creating better work environment, sharing ideas and discussing problems with other team members
• Ability to meet deadlines and marketing targets

Educational Requirements

• Minimum Graduate from Reputed University. (Marketing Background preferred)

Experience Requirements

• At least 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  
  • Education Administration/Management, Education Counseling, Education Marketing

Job Requirements

• Age 20 to 45 year(s)
• Only males are allowed to apply.
• Must have minimum experience of one year working with student agencies
• 3+ years' experience in a professional customer service team environment
• Tertiary qualified in business, communications, education or a related field
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Australian education sector and Australian immigration system
• QEAC/PIER accredited is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Be able to meet targets and deadlines and work well under pressure
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills and direct marketing skills
• Be responsible, highly ethical and professional
• Be a committed team player but also be dependable enough to work individually with minimum supervision
• Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and sales force automation.

Job Location: Dhaka

Salary Range: TK. 20000
