• Responsible for partnering with the Manager of SEO Strategy to develop and execute SEO strategy in cooperation with Marketing, Digital Media, and Technical teams.

• The SEO Specialist contributes to an overall interactive experience by providing competitive analysis reporting, on page optimization, link acquisition, and all other aspects of search engine optimization.

• Develop Web-based Applications and Web Sites, Mobile Apps

• Specialized SEO and PPC Management (Pay Per Click) services to Franchisors and American Franchise business locations.

• You will need to work closely with team members during integration phase.

• Must be skilled at PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Ajax, jQuery.

• Ability to meet deadlines and achieve specified results.

• Write and maintain technical specifications, documentation to describe program development, coding, testing, changes, and corrections, installation and operation of developed software.

• Develop regular reporting to communicate progress of SEO strategy execution as well as lead quarterly reviews with executives.

• Leverage findings and insights to build upon and reassess SEO roadmap to stay on pace with search algorithm trends and mitigate any negative effects from algorithm updates.

• Develop link building outreach strategy while auditing current backlinks.

• Completes extensive research of keywords and manages keyword reporting.

• Understands the primary factors that influence organic search crawling, indexing and rankings.

• Proven success in raising website visibility in the Google search engine.

• Daily reporting with analytics/reporting tools such as Google Analytics and leading search engine ranking, traffic and analysis software.

• Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time-to-time.

• Graduate in CSE from any reputed university.

• Expertise on, XML, AJAX , XHTML ,HTML5,HTML, PHP, MySQL, AJAX, CSS, CSS3 JavaScript, JavaScript Frameworks (jQuery, Prototype), PHP Frameworks, bootstrap, CodeIgniter, Cake-PHP, div based (table-less) development.

• Good hands on optimal database designing concept using PHP/MySQL, Dreamweaver CS, and CSS 2.0/3.0, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Flash animation.

• Clear understanding OOP, Data Structures, Algorithms and Design Patterns.

• Knowledge on jQuery, AJAX, JavaScript.

• Strong knowledge or should have experience in developing websites for foreign customers.

Experience Requirements:

• 1-2+ years of experience in SEO with proven track record of optimizing e-commerce sites with high SKU counts.

• High levels of knowledge and experience using Google Analytics.

• Experience analyzing and communicating the impact of site structure and performing on SEO to all levels of an organization.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects completed in a fast-paced environment.

• At least 1 year + experience working in JavaScript Frameworks (jQuery, Prototype), PHP Frameworks (CodeIgniter, Cake-PHP), CMS (Joomla, Wordpress) And ASP.Net.

• At least 1 year + of professional web development, SQL based database such as MySQL, SQL Server, and Oracle as well as windows, Linux environment experience.
