Selection of a national consulting firm for  "Interior Design"

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is an International cooperation enterprise owned by the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany for sustainable development with worldwide operations. The Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Programme (REEEP) is a joint undertaking of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and Power Division, Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources (MPEMR), Government of Bangladesh, implemented by GIZ.

REEEP is seeking Expression of Interest (EOI) from Bangladeshi interior design firms to design and implement, make effective layout plans, procure furniture and the decorate interior space for GIZ Bangladesh  Energy Programme Office of 4000 sft.

The interior firm / contractor must have adequate qualification and a minimum of 3 years experience of execution of similar interior decoration works in commercial/office buildings. Experience of working with international development organisations will be an added advantage.

The Terms of Reference (ToR) is to be collected by email: contract-bangladesh@giz.de from GIZ Contracts Division with the subject line “INTERIOR DESIGN.”

The EOI along with i) Cover letter, ii) A portfolio in support of the qualification and experience of the contractor, iii) Certificate of completion of similar works, iv) CV of Architect, Designer and Site-in-charge to be engaged with the proposed work; v) Design (both 3D and layout plan indicating every detail) and adequate drawings; vi)Proposed timeline with task breakdown; vii) Financial proposal with and other relevant documents, according to ToR, is to be submitted before 6th May, 2018 by 03:00 PM / 15:00 Hour, to GIZ Contracts Division, GIZ Office Dhaka, PO Box 6091, Gulshan 1, Dhaka 1212, Bangladesh.
