Please note that interested Suppliers, Vendors, Manufacturer’s have to apply for all items of the Technical Specification. Offering for only part of the items is not allowed. The firm/s is/are requested to send its Technical Proposal in A4 size report cover file in a sealed envelope. The category applied for should be mentioned on top of the envelope. The EOI and the guideline of specification for Technical Proposal is available in procurement-bangladesh@giz.de. This is only a guideline and can be modified depending on the nature of business. Technical Proposal is to be supported with the following documents:
- copy of the valid trade license
- copy of the up-to-date TIN certificate
- copy of the up-to-date VAT registration certificate
- copy of the bank a/c certificate (letter from the bank mentioning a/c number)
For individual please provide Resume, TIN certificate, Bank A/C certificate, Work Reference Certificate/ Two Recommendation letters from previous employers.
All proposals of hard copy should reach the Reception Desk of GIZ Office Dhaka, by no later than 24/03/2018.
Please note that GIZ reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers in part or in full, may correct, modify or rectify discrepancy, if any, in the offer document without assigning any reason whatsoever in the interest of GIZ. |
