TENDER NOTICE

Please be informed that German Red Cross (GRC) Bangladesh is planning to purchase 100 unit bicycles for supporting Cyclone Preparedness Program (CPP) support from Forecast based Financing (FbF) Project. In this regard, interested supplier are requested to submit their quotation as follows:

Submission Procedure:
The interested supplier needs submit their sealed envelope quotation to “Senior Representative, German Red Cross Bangladesh, 684-686 Red Crescent Sarak, Bara Moghbazar, Dhaka-1217” Until of 28th October, 2018.

In the quotation also include:

1. Quoted price should be exclusive of VAT which IFRC/GRC is exempted to pay.
2. The validity of the bid must be minimum 30 calendar days.
3. Product sample will be requested (which is refundable) for technical evaluation.
4. GRC will deduct TDS (Tax Deduction on Source) as per govt. rule (if applicable).
5. Delivery of the goods should be done within 15 calendar days after receiving the work order.
6. Payment after delivery of goods by AC payee cheque in favor of your company.

The Selection of bids will be done based on the International Federation Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) procurement rules and regulations and only the successful bidder(s) will be contacted.
