TENDER NOTICE

Please be informed that German Red Cross (GRC) Bangladesh is planning to purchase 2500 units Dignity Kits for supporting BDRCS Population Movement Operation in Cox’s Bazar. In this regard, interested supplier are requested to submit their quotation as follows:

Dignity Kits – 2500 Sets

Submission Procedure: 

The interested supplier needs submit their sealed envelope quotation to “Senior Representative, German Red Cross Bangladesh, 684-686 Red Crescent Sarak, Bara Moghbazar, Dhaka-1217” Until 12:00 NN of 30th August, 2018.

In the quotation also include:

1. Price should include transportation cost to Cox's Bazar.
2. Product sample will be requested later on for technical evaluation.
3. Product should have approved BSTI if applicable.
4. Quoted price should be exclusive of VAT which IFRC/GRC is exempted to pay.
5. The validity of the bid must be minimum 60 calendar days.
6. GRC will deduct TDS (Tax Deduction on Source) as per govt. rule (if applicable).
7. Delivery of the goods should be done within 15 calendar days after receiving the work order.
8. Payment after delivery of goods and complexion of works by AC payee cheque in favour of your company.

The Selection of bids will be done based on the International Federation Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) procurement rules and regulations and only the successful bidder(s) will be contacted.

The IFRC/GRC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders or split the order without assigning any reason whatsoever and not bound to accept the lowest bid.
