Responsibilities:

• Deliver a perfect service experience to internal & external customers
  
• Ensure effective coordination with shippers, shipping lines and other stakeholders.
  
• Ensure smooth & proactive communication.
  
• Contribute to the overall development of the team

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience with sound knowledge of the trade
  
• Bachelor’s Degree or above with a willingness to learn and grow.
  
• Good command of MS Office and computer savvy.
  
• Fluent in English & Bangla (spoken and written)
  
• A high level of integrity coupled with ambition, passion and reliability.
  
• Willingness to travel as per business requirements
