Job Description / Responsibility

• To conduct an analysis of raw materials and finished products as per the standard testing procedure and/or pharmacopoeia monographs in time in order to ensure that the results are accurate and useful.
• To record test results accurately and promptly as per the SOP/standard format to ensure the systematic and orderly preservation of test results and to facilitate correct inference.
• To check and examine chemicals, reagents, glassware, other tools and sensitive equipment and take measures to ensure the reliability of the test results and to avoid breakdown/complication.
• Preparation of analytical specification, test procedure, SOPs and to ensure whether the procedures are appropriate and approved for intended purposes.
• Analysis of routine packaging materials and proof copies of packaging materials.
• To prepare all reagents and volumetric solutions as and when required.
• Standardization of working standards and documentation.
• Calibration and validation of different instruments located at ARD laboratory.
• Preparation of technical specification for procuring analytical instruments.
• Maintenance of Log Book and different instruments that are used in ARD laboratory.
• To inform any discrepancy/undesirable aspects related to raw materials, product and equipment during work for uninterrupted analytical performance.
• To maintain GLP and good housekeeping in the laboratory.
• Environment monitoring of laboratory including different instrument rooms.
• To perform other duties and responsibilities as per requirement.

Basic Qualifications

• B. Pharm./ M. Pharm from any reputed university.
• Age 25 to 30 year(s)
• 1-2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Communication- Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; Response well to questions; Writes clearly and informatively; Presents numerical data effectively
• Leadership- Exhibits confidence in self and others; Inspires and motivates others to perform well; Accountable for behaviours and their impact on others; effectively influences actions and opinions of others; Accepts feedback from others; Gives appropriate recognition to others
• Strategic Thinking – Develops strategies to achieve organizational goals; Understands organization’s strengths & weaknesses; Adapts strategy to changing conditions. Critically evaluates quality systems to propose best practices.
• Computer skills- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access)
