Job Description / Responsibility
- Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning,
- Ensure achieving target sales & revenue
- Must have ability and strong willingness to take challenges and to fulfill sales & revenue target
- Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term business and sales earnings.
- Be responsible for establishing, achieving and recommending the most realistic sales goals.
- Collaborate with sales team to maximize sales revenues and adopt sales strategies
- Review progress of sales; take corrective measures and follow-up accordingly.
- Coordinate proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales revenue results.
- Review sales related expenses and recommends economies.
- Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue streams.
- Provide monthly results assessments of sales staffs' productivity and prepare weekly and monthly report on sales and others activities.

Educational Requirements
Graduate /Post-Graduate from any university
Highly experiences person’s educational qualifications may be relaxed
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 (two) years working experiences in similar field
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Freight Forwarding & C&F product sales both for import and export business
- Air, Ocean, Sea-Air, Air-sea, Cross Boarder product sales both for import and export cargo.
- Customs C&F Agent Product sales for all customs point/ports in Bangladesh
Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 60 year(s)
- Strong understanding on customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Hard worker for door to door sales
- Challenging mind set
- Mind set to fulfill target of sales and revenue
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and supervisory skills required.
- Sound computer skill is preferable.

Dhaka and Chittagong City
Salary Range
Good salary with Incentives based on experiences which is negotiable.
