Job Description / Responsibility

  • Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales staffs.
  • Lead, Monitor, Guide and Supervise underline sales force to ensure achieving target sales.
  • Must have ability and strong willingness to take challenges and to fulfill sales & revenue target
  • Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term business and sales earnings.
  • Establish and manage effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel related to sales and marketing.
  • Be responsible for establishing, achieving and recommending the most realistic sales goals.
  • Collaborate with sales team to maximize sales revenues and adopt sales strategies
  • Review progress of sales; take corrective measures and follow-up accordingly.
  • Coordinate proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales revenue results.
  • Review sales related expenses and recommends economies.
  • Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue streams.
  • Provide monthly results assessments of sales staffs' productivity and prepare weekly and monthly report on sales and others activities.

Educational Requirements
Graduate /Post-Graduate from any university
Highly experiences person’s educational qualifications may be relaxed

Experience Requirements

  • At least 5 (five) years working experiences in similar field
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Freight Forwarding & C&F product sales both for import and export business
  •  Air, Ocean, Sea-Air, Air-sea, Cross Boarder product sales both for import and export cargo.
  • Customs C&F Agent Product sales for all customs point/ports in Bangladesh

Job Requirements

  • Age 30 to 60 year(s)
  • Must have experience in leading large sales team
  • Strong understanding on customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Proven leadership and ability to drive sales force
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and supervisory skills required.
  • Sound computer skill is preferable.

Job Location
Dhaka and Chittagong City
Dhaka & Chittagong Office based Sales Manager/General Manager with close attachment with countrywide sales channel.

Salary Range
Good salary with Incentives based on experiences which is negotiable.
