Job Context

  • The Team Leader is responsible for achieving his team’s sales target.

Job Responsibilities

  • Sales Planning and Strategy for achieving monthly & annual target sales.
  • Responsible for achieving Company objectives along with retail coverage, territory volume through Company sales force and distributors.
  • Guide and coach Sales team in setting up their target and ensure due compliance through continuous supervision, monitoring and management inputs.
  • Spot out untapped market and sort out best possible plan to take control over that market.
  • Actively involved in primary and secondary sales monitoring, assist Regional Sales Manager as and when required.
  • Proficient to handle the issues & knowledgeable on managing market intelligence.

Academic Qualification:

  • At least graduate from any recognized university of Bangladesh.
  • Engineering personnel with experience in operating similar kind of organization also can apply.

Experience and Other Requirements:

  • Minimum 5/6 years’ experience in sales & distribution of arc welding manufacturing industry is preferable.
  • Adequate knowledge about major/ strategic markets of the country; experience of appointing & managing Distributors would be preferable.
  • Skilled in Team Management, Analytical Ability, Problem Solving, Negotiation Skills and Learning Agility.
  • Proactive decision making ability.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office) is mandatory.
  • Age should not be above 40 yrs.
