Customer Relationship Officer
GED Center Inc., a prominent educational consultancy provider based in Dhaka, Bangladesh is looking for some young energetic professional as Customer Relationship Officer.
Basic Requirement
  • BBA/ MBA from any reputed & UGC-recognized University. 
  • 1-2 years of experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Candidates from Engineering discipline are requested NOT to apply for this position.
Job Duties
  • Maintaining relationship and providing support to various clients.
  • Administrative tasks.
  • Counseling with potential clients. 
Other Qualifications required
  • IELTS score with minimum individual band score of 6.0 in Speaking & Writing.
  • Candidates without IELTS Score (or, with lower IELTS score) will have to sit for 10 minutes Speaking Test & 30 minutes Writing Test after being shortlisted.
Job Condition
The candidate will have to work 6 days/ week, 9 hours/ day (including lunch, snacks & prayer breaks)
Salary & Benefits
  • Gross Salary will be Tk. 20,000 – 25,000 per month (for first one year of probation period) depending on the applicant’s performance in the recruitment test, interview, and previous academic & professional qualifications. Salary will be reviewed after 1 year.
  • 2 festival bonuses per year.
  • Casual & Medical leave: 20 + 20 days per year.
  • Recreation Leave: 7 days per year with recreation allowance.
  • Marriage & Parental leave & benefits as per company policy.
  • Fully complementary lunch and snacks.

Recruitment Process
Candidates will be initially shortlisted based on their CVs. Shortlisted candidates will then be invited for an aptitude test based on English, Math, General Knowledge, and IQ. Candidates with qualifying score in the aptitude test will then be invited for an interview & final selection.
