Job Responsibilities:

• Adopt new Construction & Design methods.
• Prepare the concept and develop design considering area/location perspective management expectation.
• Site visit to ensure proper implementation of design.
• Coordinate with the consultants for on time design submission.
• Should be sound in 3D Max, Sketch up, Coral Draw, Auto CAD, Adobe Photoshop or similar software.
• Should work under stress & meet the deadline as per job requirements.
• Should be sound in Rajuk Design process.

Education Requirement: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) Preferable from BUET /CUET /RUET /KUET/ Ahsanullah.

Employment Status:  Full-time

Experience Requirement: At least 4 to5 (Years) in design and construction.

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other benefit: Mobile bill, Festival Bonus 2(Yearly), As per Company policy.
