Accounts Officer



Job Responsibilities

  • Post and process Data and journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
  • Update accounts receivable and issue Voucher.
  • Update accounts payable and perform Bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
  • Assist with reviewing of expenses.
  • Assist with preparation of salary sheet.
  • Update accounting and financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
  • Preparation of monthly/yearly closings reports.
  • Assist with other accounting activities.

Educational Requirements

  • B.com/M.com in Accounting from any reputed university/college.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 01 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
      Audit, Finance/ Accounts, Cash Management, Store, Data Analysis

Additional Requirements

  • Preference will be given for candidates having experience in Foods & Beverage Industry.
  • In-depth knowledge on accounting.
  • Able to communicate with stakeholders.
  • Must be able to work under pressure.
  • Time management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in time.
  • Must be trusted & reliable to accomplish any given task.
  • Computer skills are essential.
  • Age 28 to 32.
