Job Description/ Responsibility:

  • Proficiency at building and maintaining internal and external relationships

  • Identify Target market and assist in market research
  • Successful sales track record and strong experience in enterprise solution selling in manufacturing industry and BFSI.
  • Ability to penetrate accounts, meet with stakeholder within accounts.
  • Achieve quarterly and yearly sales and client margin targets by actively sourcing new accounts to improve market share by following up actively on all leads/ hot prospects and by seeking all upsell potentials with existing /new clients.
  • Interaction with C level players and contacts with influential corporate personnel is required.
  • Proven sales track record and working experience on Tier 1 ERP solution (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft) will be highly preferable.
  • Respond and attend to Tenders, EQIs, RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs of local clients as they are required and ensure that all client contracts meet required profitability.
  • Coordinate and communicate with foreign delegates and partners
  • Assist preparing and developing marketing plan & campaign
  • Execute marketing plan & campaign

Educational Requirements:

  • MBA/ BBA/ Masters/ Bachelor in Business or relevant subjects from any recognized university
  • Graduates/Post Graduates from all public universities and IBA, Foreign Universities, DU, CU, KU, NSU, EWU, IUB, AIUB, BRAC, UIU will be preferable

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of Corporate sales experience is must in Enterprise Solution selling/ Technology Solution selling is required for Business Development Position.

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Self-starter, driven personality with a passion for learning and development

  • Responsible for updating of data in internal CRM software and to submit weekly reports to the line Manager with new accounts secured, progress on all leads/hot prospects, etc.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical experience
  • Enhance and improve the positioning and image of the brand including; Adverts and corporate communications
  • Regular marketing activities on social networking sites
  • Regular meetings and visits will be required with prospective client Comprehensive BFSI ( banking, Financial Services and insurance)/ Manufacturing industry knowledge
  • Minimum 2 years of employment should be ensured during the tenure in Fusion lnfotech
  • Those who are not experienced in Solution selling should not apply
